How do you chat with people on other networks(aim,hotmail) on Yahoo!Messenger?

I have all these friends on other networks (i.e. hotmail, aim) and i dont know how to IM them on my yahoo? Please help ASAP!

Yahoo Messenger is only compatible with MSN Messenger at present. This is per Yahoo.
