Hotmail and messenger problems- help?

my live messenger doesnt work! if i click the icon nothing happens, it doesnt open at all, if i click the little icon in the lower right part of the toolbar nothing happens too.





also when i try to view my emails, in hotmail, my internet tab freezes and wont close or respond. the only way i can close it if i use task manager and shut down the whole internet.





How do i fix these problems?

Me too having the same problem with you now..but something weird is, I have 2 MSN accounts in one machine, and I can sign in to account B but not account A! I used to sign in this 2 MSN at the same time everyday~~





How to solve this problems...?

Hey ladies and gentlemen, I'd love to share with you the solution..





First, shut down Messenger entirely by


right-clicking on its icon in the notification area and choosing Exit, then download and run


this .reg file:

Then try signing in again.

Reply:I would try uninstalling then reinstalling it.
