When you log onto hotmail instant messenger and someone sends you an instant message, on the bottom toolbar it will flash and it jingles. Is it only when someone is trying to contact you that you get that jingle??

i think so.....i haven't used hotmail messenger in a long time. thats how it does in yahoo, just lettn you know that you have an instant message.
