A question about Windows Live Messenger/Hotmail...?

Hi,


This is a silly question, but I really need to know.


When you create a Windows Live ID (example: abc@hotmail.co.uk), do you automatically get an email account with it? If so, can you access it through MSN messenger? I know that I have an email account, but I want to email someone who's MSN address is similar to the one stated above and I want to make sure he reads it. So if I send him an email to his @hotmail.com address, will he receive it? Will it be shown in Windows live that he's got a new message? He never checks his email, so...


To sum it up: If you have a windows live ID, do you always have a mailbox with the same address? Can you access it through the messenger? Thanks a bunch, this is VERY important to me. Hugs everybody!

when you create a windows live ID you do get an email account.


YOu can access it through MSN mesenger


when you get a windows live you have a choice to either have the one that ends with .com or .co.uk (england)


if you have adam@hotmail.com this will be a separate email adress and inbox while adam@hotmail.co.uk will be a separate email adress and inbox.





if you send an email to .com it will only be in that acount not in the "co.uk" account.

Reply:Every time your friends log into his MSN account to chat with friend an automatic pop-up window appears on the right-bottom corner that says how many new ,messages he/she has.





a Pop-up window also appears where you can read latest news and access your emails....so there are 2 places where he/she can see the emails.

Reply:wen u set it up you them need to sign into MSN with your email and password, click on email, then verify your email then u can do whatever.
