When you block someone do they get an alert to tell them they have been blocked?
Once they have been blocked does this mean they can not email you either?
MSN Messenger / Hotmail Help......?
They will not know that you've blocked them!
And yes they can e-mail you (:

Reply:i think they can still email you but if you use messenger you will just always appear to be offline to them
and no i dont think they receive an alert telling them that you have blocked them
