You need to be running Yahoo! Messenger v8
Your Microsoft buddies need to be using Windows Live Messenger
sign in to Yahoo! Messenger,
click the Add a Contact button
fill out the email address field
under Network: select Windows Live (MSN) from the drop down list
hit Next
select a group, include a note to them if you want to, then hit Next
you'll get a confirmation screen with additional options
when your MSN contact adds you you'll get a permission to add request
they then appear on your contacts list
How can u add hotmail users to ur messenger list?
when you add them, there's a drop down box beside their names before you can add them, choose the mail that they use,
