Hotmail and windows live messenger doesn't work on my internet connection?

everytime i log onto hotmail.com it loads the page but when start to log in my account it wont! and also, i can not log into my windows live messenger but i can log into my yahoo messenger and yahoo mail and all other websites are working. I have the same internet connection as my neighbor's and when i tried to connect to hotmail/windows msngr using their connection and my same laptop it connected without any fuss! i have a feeling it has something to do with the firewall or internet connection.. please help me i really need my windows live!





btw. i have a vista and i can not rely on proxy messenger sites and i cant even go to msn webmessenger. can you help me adjust my firewalls or something so that i can connect to hotmail and windows messnger live?? i will be forever greatful

and then it justs crools to the top of the page?


how do i make a account without it doing that?

Reply:Turn off your firewall and all Anti-malware tools TEMPORARILY, and re-try Hotmail.





It should work fine.





Then, turn each back on, one at a time, until it fails. Then, find out why that specific program is blocking HotMail (and your IM).
