How do i delete an MSN messenger and hotmail account?

I need to delete my daughters account, and the only thing i can seem to do is get it so that if you don't log in for 90 days, then it will close, well that does me no good. how do i get it closed now!?

When you log in to hotmail, go to account settings and go to close account. If that doesn't work, send an email to msn from that account stating you wish to close it. Failing that change the password so she can't access it!
