Hotmail ID and messenger problem?

When i signed in, I received an instant message from some support staff and it said that i needed to change my hotmail ID or i will not be able to use it ,but when i tried to change it, even though I really don't want to, it said that it was not possible at that time. what can i do? should i change my Id? does this has happened to you?

if it is from hotmail staff, you should get an email, not an instant message.





always go to the website to change your ID or password, never through the link in the message or email.

Reply:stuff has been happening to me on my msn/hotmail as well.


such as my password being changed, not letting me sign in, random emails being sent things like that.


No one has hacked it its hotmail its having problems.


maybe you should try to contact them or something.
